There is no option to manually rotate the wireguard key (as per proton instruction you must logout and re-login to manually rotate or the app with rotate automatically with set internal. According to proton upto 75% load is usual. But most servers usually start having issues after 50%. You can feel it if you have truly fast connection.

The connection is extremely slow, even when I select "use the fastest country." I've been using protonmail.com for several years without any problems. It works well, but I use email minimally. Due to issues with CyberGhost (by the way, I don't see it in the list of services), I switched to a paid Proton VPN account. The setup went smoothly, but the connection leaves much to be desired, and sites like Netflix sometimes don't load at all, even when I change the country.
