Swapped some BTC into alts here. Waiting an hour or so with the chain option. There's no issues on my tx. The biggest wait is related to BTC confirmation itself. It'd be great if there are more pairs though, since I don't really vibe with the available options right now. Especially when the competitions offers a lot more pairs. Oh, before I used it they're in maintenance for a while. I think it was the 2nd maintenance I saw at the same week. Hopefully it means more pairs and stability for the platform in the future.

Exchanged BTC into LTC. It took more than an hour, but I received what they showed, with no hidden fees. Although if they had added a refund address as an option, that would be great. It is not a fault but a suggestion. They should add more pairs and work on their Fast mode because it was not available when I used it. So I had to wait for an hour for one exchange.
